We’re on the Sunday Times best places to work list

FD Intelligence has been recognised as one of the Sunday Times 500 best places to work 2024. Hailed as one of the top employers in the UK, the Glasgow-headquartered provider of Intelligent Automation & AI solutions, had to meet strict criteria including completing The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards survey.

The survey uses 26 questions from WorkL’s employee engagement survey, developed by behavioural scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties. Together, they most accurately monitor employee engagement, wellbeing and discretionary effort in the workplace.

FD Intelligence achieved a high overall engagement score across WorkL’s six-step framework encompassing: reward and recognition; instilling pride; information sharing; empowerment; wellbeing; and job satisfaction. The process also involved putting forward a detailed description of internal processes, benefits and support structures. Here’s what the Sunday Times said about FD Intelligence:

“Glasgow-based FD Intelligence, which enables businesses across the UK to automate repetitive processes and free up staff time, values the human touch. The company, founded in 2020, organises summer and Christmas gatherings to foster positive working relationships and friendships among the team of 25 and pays for WeWork membership for those working remotely to ensure they do not feel isolated. Flexible start and finish times allow staff to balance life and work.”

Andrew Guy, CEO at FD Intelligence said: “I am so proud of our multi-skilled team and what they do each day. We’re a rapidly growing company, putting people and culture at the heart of everything we do. We’ve cultivated a fun and vibrant team and I’m also passionate about fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. This also means nurturing, rewarding and retaining top talent – while creating an environment that pioneers innovative approaches and technologies to continually delight our customers.”

Chris Longcroft, EVP Publisher, The Times and The Sunday Times, said: “The Sunday Times Best Places to Work awards recognise companies that are innovating to create an engaged and fulfilling working environments for all and in so doing, they are creating the best possible platform for business success. To be named on The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list is a true recognition of excellence and I congratulate those organisations who made the grade this year.”
