Denis has an extensive background as a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) expert, with 18 years’ experience in RPA customer facing and leadership roles and, in the words of the former Blue Prism CCO was “integral to the success of Blue Prism”. He has set up RPA Centre of Excellences (COEs) in numerous large enterprises, he was central to the creation of Blue Prism’s Robotic Operating Model aimed at making RPA customers successful and scalable and he created Blue Prism’s global Customer Success organisation. Denis is now bringing his knowledge to our customers with the creation of FD Intelligence’s own Automation Success Playbook, a guide to how to be successful implementing RPA.
