We're award winners!

FD Intelligence has won a major international award at the UiPath Forward 5 conference in Las Vegas.  We are bringing home the Industry Solutions Award for EMEA for the work we have been doing to bring automation solutions to client businesses in both the Accountancy & Finance, and Hotels & Hospitality sectors.

FD Intelligence (FDI) was founded in 2020 by Andrew Guy, the former IT director of professional services practice French Duncan, to deliver Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in order to make time for client businesses.

RPA is intelligent software often called a ‘robot’ that undertakes repeatable tasks on a computer.  These robots can launch and operate existing applications and integrate seamlessly into any business process, such as invoice processing & reconciliation, without additional software or hardware.   The robot mimics human workers, performing the same actions, using the same applications, but carrying out the work more quickly, efficiently, and 100% accurately.  They never get sick, never take breaks and never make mistakes.   

FD Intelligence has grown considerably since its inception in 2020, and now has a team of over twenty.  Business development opportunities are increasing rapidly with a focus on the Accountancy & Finance, and Hotels & Hospitality sectors.  In the former FDI has delivered automation solutions to handle tax, payroll, bank, and supplier statement reconciliation.  For the later Hotel & Hospitality clients, automation is already helping client companies handle email reservations, rate-loading onto third party websites and employee on-boarding and off-boarding.

To establish FD Intelligence as a leader in RPA the business has built a team of some of the best talent in the UK, and partnered with world-leading RPA provider UiPath.  The company has also created a robust operating model to ensure that the business can grow at scale. FDI approaches every project from a business perspective: what does the company do, what processes make that happen, and is there a business case for RPA to help.
